Viking Lander 1 EDR Image Browser
These pages provide a simple method for browsing through the Viking Lander 1 EDR image archive. Browse images were created from the PDS archive images by reducing the size by a factor of 4 and enhancing the contrast for better viewing of features. Browse images are stored in GIF format.

Browse images are organized in the same directory structure as the PDS archive images. Below is a list of browse image directories. Select a directory to see a list of images in that directory.

PDS label information is displayed along with each browse image. Definitions for the full set of keywords are in the local data dictionary. A link to the data dictionary entry for each keyword is provided on the individual browse image pages.
