VOLINFO.TXT contains a textual description of the contents of the entire
volume.

NIMSINST.TXT is a brief description of the NIMS instrument.  It is
pointed to from the PDS label of each cube and tube on this volume.

The [.NIMSINST] subdirectory contains files comprising the text and
figures of an early version of the NIMS instrument paper.  See
