The images acquired in mission phase CRUISE are not of Mars and were
not acquired from orbit (MRO had not yet arrived at Mars), so some
of the values (e.g., orbit number, solar distance) in the index.tab
file are not meaningful.

CRU_000013_9999_XN_99N999W.IMG was created manually from a source
file 4A_04_0001001000_G_01.DAT which contained data gaps.
